Book Your Appointment

Before we are able to book an appointment for you, please email a valid referral letter from your GP to this address:

reception@gatewaydermatology.com.au

you can take a photo of the

referral letter and email it to us.

Then, please call us on 6269 1500 so we can find you the next available appointment.

Your Appointment

For your appointment, please bring:

  • Your Medicare Card

  • Private Health Fund details, if applicable

  • Relevant pathology results

Fees

Payment in full is required on the day of your consultation and we can submit your account to Medicare on your behalf. Costs may vary depending on any additional services provided (e.g. biopsy) during your appointment.
